I Make People Cry and Haiku #2

Here's the scoop: I've been having these super weird dreams lately and they all involve making my friends cry.

And I don't think that these dreams are happening to me because I'm mad at them, because I'm not. In fact, nothing has changed at all in my relationships with these people.

But all of my dreams basically consist of me yelling/shouting at a different friend every night (this has been going on for 3 nights in a row), subsequently causing them to break down into tears.

Am I really just a super mean person deep inside?

I don't have any rageful suppressed feelings that I know of.

Any ideas on what these dreams could mean?

Oh, I have dreams where I die. Drowned, burned alive, asphyxiated, jumped off a building, stabbed, anything you can imagine.

Dream dictionaries say that it indicates that I'm ready to move on to the next stage in my life and have my present lifestyle die.

Perhaps yours are symbolic too. Although, I don't really know what it represents. Meh. I'm sure it's not literal and it's not a sign of you being a mean person.

Michael.

P.S. Nice haikus. Really.

the funny thing is, I'm not an actual taxi driver. I have 3 room mates who don't have cars, so I drive all three of them to work and school and back. I just feel like I might as well stick a yellow sign on my car that says "taxi."

a lot of people say that dreams usually do tie into real life events in some way, but I believe that there is no sure way to know exactly what a dream could be trying to tell you, if anything at all. dreaming is basically just a way for your brain to recover from the previous days' activities in order to be prepared for tomorrow. it's pretty amazing at how powerful our brains and minds actually are. I wouldn't worry too much though. I'm sure your dreams aren't secretly trying to tell you that you're a mean person or anything like that. it's probably nothing.
I have weird dreams that make absolutely no sense whatsoever. I once dreamed that I was being chased by ronald mcdonald on a train.

I dreamed the other night that I was starting a childrens' choir and I was teaching Miley Cyrus' sister how to sing. Not only do I not sing at all personally, but the thought of Miley Cyrus rarely crosses my consciousness. Dreams are of a funny nature.

"To see someone else crying in your dream, may be a projection of your own feelings onto someone else. If you do not cry in your waking life, then seeing someone else cry may be a little easier to deal with then seeing yourself cry.

"To dream that you or someone is yelling, represents repressed anger that need to be expressed. If you are yelling and no one hears, then it suggests that you are not being heard. You feel that your voice does not matter.

"To see your friends in your dream, signifies aspects of your personality that you have rejected, but are ready to integrate these rejected part of yourself. The relationships you have with those around you are important in learning about yourself."

It's amazing what one does when they're trying to put off writing a research paper. Haha. Dreammoods.com is tres super.

I have dreams of making my friends cry or angry with me. What you should look at, is what those friends represent to you. Not them as people. And then... figure out why you'd want to make that aspect of yourself (because that's what it'd represent) cry. Or why you'd want to yell.
